The more I think about what some people are doing wrong with social media, the more it occurs to me what other people are doing right, and how it can be emulated. وأعتقد أن أكثر ما تقوم به بعض الناس من الخطأ والاجتماعية مع وسائل الاعلام ، أكثر يحدث لي ما هي الوسائل الاخرى التي يفعل الناس الحق ، وكيف يمكن ان يحتذى به. Before I get started, let’s get two things straight. واود قبل ان تبدأ ، دعنا اثنين الامور في نصابها الصحيح.

1. I’m not saying you shouldn’t offer to fairly compensate the people whose advice you’re seeking. انا لا اقول لكم لا ينبغي ان تقدم الى حد ما تعويض الناس الذين كنت تسعى المشوره. Just the other day I requested that a well-known social media personality help me think through a tough scenario for another party, and I demanded that said party kick in the dough to compensate this person for their trouble.Effective advice? قبل بضعة ايام وطلبت ان معروفة للمساعدة الاجتماعية وسائل الاعلام شخصية لي اعتقد صعبة من خلال سيناريو لطرف آخر ، وأنا طالب وقال الحزب في ركلة العجينه لتعويض هذا الشخص لtrouble.effective المشوره؟ Is worth the price. وتجدر الثمن. In this article I’m saying referring specifically to Votes. في هذه المادة انا قائلا أشار على وجه التحديد إلى الاصوات.
2. Personally?I will take a look at just about anything submitted to me in the way that I prefer. شخصيا؟ أنا سوف نلقي نظرة على عادل عن اي شيء قدم لي في الطريقة التي انني افضل. Like anyone who gets a lot of incoming requests, I have a completely un-straightforward, quirky, but extremely effective way of organizing incoming information so that the right thing gets my attention at the right time, which I’ll talk about later. مثل أي شخص من يحصل على الكثير من طلبات واردة ، وقد تماما لبرنامج الامم المتحدة مباشرة ، quirky ، ولكنها وسيلة فعالة للغاية من تنظيم المعلومات الواردة حتى الحق في أن يحصل على شيء انتباهي في الوقت المناسب ، وأنا التي تتحدث عن وقت لاحق.

GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. الاعرج حكومة الوحدة الوطنية هي صورة البرنامج التلاعب. It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching (boy, do I need that one), image composition and image authoring. وهو قطعة بحرية توزيع البرمجيات لمهام مثل اعادة لمس الصور (صبي ، هل أنا بحاجة الى أن أحد) ، وتكوين صورة وصورة التأليف. It works on many operating systems, in many languages. Sacre bleu, mon ami. وهي تعمل على العديد من أنظمة التشغيل ، في كثير من اللغات. Sacre bleu ، عامي الاثنين.
GIMP is an acronym. الأعرج هو الاسم المختصر. It has many capabilities. فقد الكثير من قدراته. It can be used as a simple paint program, an expert quality photo retouching program, an online batch processing system, a mass production image renderer, an image format converter, etc. ويمكن ان يتم ذلك على النحو الطلاء برنامج بسيط ، وهو خبير في برنامج اعادة لمس نوعية الصورة ، على شبكة الانترنت دفعه لنظام المعالجه ، والانتاج على نطاق واسع صورة العارض ، وتحويل شكل صورة ، الخ.

GIMP is expandable and extensible. والأعرج هو امتداد للتوسع. It is designed to be augmented with plug-ins and extensions to do just about anything. وهو مصمم على ان تضاف مع المكونات الاضافيه والتمديدات ان تفعل ذلك تماما عن أي شيء. The advanced scripting interface allows everything from the simplest task to the most complex image manipulation procedures to be easily scripted. برمجة متقدمة تسمح واجهة كل شيء من ابسط مهمة لأعقد صورة التلاعب الاجراءات التي يجب ان كتب بسهولة.
