Thank you both so much for the birthday wishes. I didn’t get a lot of presents, Wayne, though I did get some. But I got what I really wanted, which was quality time with my family.

Nancy, the answer is flightwaves and Centerpoints CDs to set my brain waves to alpha or theta as needed - with alpha I get more done in less time, with theta, there’s no limit to my creativity.

You’d be surprised how much you can get done by that and an occasional fast from TV — and of course, never sleeping! haha. what AM I doing up? I fly tomorrow!
